Make delicious, and healthier South Indian steamed breakfast rice puttu at home with the instant puttu powder.
Take a few grams of rice puttu powder in a dry bowl, add the required amount of salt and mix well. Add hot water to the puttu mix and blend well. Pass through a sieve.
Put the contents on the muslin cloth and steam cook. Remove and transfer the steamed puttu onto a dry bowl.
Then add shredded coconut and 150g of sugar. Mix well. Now tasty puttu is ready to serve hot.
