Ragi,Rice,Urad dal,Fenugreek, Sago and Stone salt.
Preparation method
Take few grams of Ragi Dosa Mix with water and salt to form a smooth batter. You can add grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander or curry leaves for good taste.
Keep the batter aside for 30 minutes.
Keep the pan on medium flame and grease it with little oil. Spread the batter on the pan in circular motions to form a dosa/pancake.
Sprinkle some oil over the surface and the edges of the dosa. Wait until it gets golden brown.
Then, fold the dosa into half and serve hot.
