Kamarkattu is one of the amazing & delicious sweet candy loved by people of all ages.

Kamarkattu / Kalkona / Kamarkat / Coconut Jaggery Balls is the popular traditional South Indian candy that offer a rich sweetness. These candies are made from pure & organic jaggery, which is cooked with water until it reaches a consistency like honey in its final form.

Once the consistency has come, shredded coconut can be added to the mixture which provides a rich flavor and texture to the jaggery batter.

Finally, ghee and cardamom powder are added to the mixture and given a quick mix. Now the mix is greased with ghee, where it is shaped into balls.
