Rasam powder is used to make rasam. This is one of the best rasam powder which you have ever seen before. It is prepared with a base of red chili powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, Bengal gram dal, red gram dal, turmeric powder, and pepper.
This rasam masala gives good taste and smells to the rasam. Rasam can be eaten with plain boiled rice and drunk as a soup. Making rasam is not restricted to any particular recipe or method. Store in a cool or dry place and serve with a dry spoon only.
