How to prepare Adai Dosa:
Mix two cups of adai dosa mix in 1 liter of water, and add salt as required.Mix it without any lumps.
Set aside the mixed batter for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the oil on the Pre-heated Tawa and spread evenly.
Pour one full batter and spread evenly.
Cook on low flame until cooked evenly.
Flip the adai and cook evenly. Add oil for crispy golden adai.
