Plain Rava Dosa Mix

With the Rava Dosa mix, you can quickly prepare breakfast. Also, it’s a South Indian breakfast that is mixed with green chilies, Semolina, Cumin, Ginger, and Coriander leaves. This aromatic  Rava dosa is the popular South Indian tiffin. It’s a thin batter made with all the ingredients. Pour it over the pan. Sprinkle oil or ghee is to cook them.

For tiffins, there are various kinds of Rava dosa including the Plain, Rava masala, Onion Rava masala, Dry Fruits Rava dosa, etc. Among that, plain Rava dosa is simple and quick to prepare the item.

They are very easy to make and need no grinding or fermentation.

Add 1 cup of plain Rava dosa mix, and 1 cup of water. Cover it and allow it to sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then add the required coriander leaves, onions, chilies, etc.
Spread some oil on the Tawa.
Keep the flame to medium while pouring the dosa batter. Spread oil all over the dosa with a spoon.
Cook till the base is golden and crisp.
Now it’s ready to serve.
