Kuthiraivali dosa mix is made from kuthiraivali, also known as barnyard millet. This is the fast-growing crop in hill areas of India. This millet is a good source of highly digestible protein. Preparation Method
Kuthiraivali dosa mix can be used instantly. Allow it to ferment for 30 mins for dosa. Heat the tava in low flame and pour the mix gently. Cook the Kuthiraivali dosa for on medium to high heat and add some ghee or oil. Cook about a minute on each side or until it dosa turns crispy. Then take out and serve hot with chutney.
