Javvarisi Pappad is delicious, crispy, crunchy, and light and is made from Sago Pearls and salt. It is a perfect side dish for south Indian foods like sambar Sadam and Puliyodarai. The recipe is very simple and requires little ingredients, however, it must be sun-dried until it becomes crisp and brittle. It contains no onion or garlic.
